Again, more pictures from my small trip in Quebec City. I wish I could have stayed longer... there's so many things to see and try! They have the best ice cream too!

A little bit of everything...

Happy Friday to all my beautiful and amazing friends and followers! I'm very pumped up today, because, first of all, this weekend is a long weekend and second, I had coffee this morning. :) Recently, I found some interesting pictures that I took a few years ago and that I have never shared here. So enjoy the "pictures of the week" & have a fabulous weekend! xoxo

*No... theses are not magic mushrooms.^_^

I like to take pictures of textures.

I love the sharpness in this picture. If I remember correctly, I took this shot when I was in Percé, Gaspésie. It's a beautiful place to go if you want to take some time to relax and explore.

I enjoy taking long walks at the beach, collecting seashells, laying on the sand and daydream about the future.

 Pretty flowers. <3

I like the contrast and composition of this one. Again, it was in Percé Gaspésie, at the top of Mt St-Anne.

My cute little guinea pig, Pupuce! She likes to spend time outside to eat grass, but her favorite food is carrots. Whenever she hears someone open the fridge or the sound of plastic bag she screams because she thinks we're going to give her some carrots.

Nini when she was a kitten. Btw, I'm kind of a cat lover. :3

There's a summer where I went to visit my aunt in Ottawa with my family. We went to the Canadian Museum of Civilization. It was my first time visiting a museum, and there was so much to see! I had a whole lot of fun!

Another shot I took at the museum. I like the lighting in this one.

Kitty Looking Outside

Here's the photo of the week! <3
I took this shot while I was walking in Quebec City. I really like the colors in this one.

Leo II Shoot

A couple weeks ago, my colleagues and I got the opportunity to observe two Leopard II shooting in the training fields. Even tho we had ear protection, it was pretty loud. I couldn't help jumping each time a tank was shooting! Here's some pictures I took. Enjoy!

When they raise a red flag, it means that the tank is loaded and that it is necessary to wear our ear protection and glasses. When they raise the green flag, it is safe to take them off.

If I remember correctly, this was called the "Control Tower". It is where they controlled the targets to move in the field for shooting training.

Le Merle Rouge

Do you know what's the best part of my day? It's when I wake up, step on the front balcony, listen to the birds singing, inhale the freshness of the river and forest that surrounds our house. Even if it is a gray, cold and rainy day, it is still a beautiful day. I took this picture at the front of my home. There was this Robin (Merle Rouge in French) perched in the tree that my grand-father planted before I was even born.
